Who is Vestra Consulting?
Vestra Consulting was founded from lived experience at the intersection of sport, performance, and business. With a background shaped by years in gym and sporting environments, Vestra was born from a deep respect for high standards, accountability, and progress. Over time, it became impossible to ignore how many organisations were failing to keep pace with the evolving expectations around women in sport, particularly in governance, safety, and professional standards. As social media has made moments, mistakes, and misconduct instantly visible, a growing compensation culture has followed, exposing businesses that are unprepared for modern scrutiny. Vestra Consulting exists to address that gap. The firm is also informed by the founder’s own legal journey after challenging an ex-employer; an experience that reinforced the importance of compliant systems, ethical leadership, and proactive risk management. Today, Vestra helps organisations modernise their standards, protect their people, and operate with confidence in a rapidly changing landscape.
